Each week, top theme designers get together and compete to win! You get to choose the winners!
As you can probably tell by the name, Theme Wars is not just a theme store – there is a little bit of a twist. Each week, designers battle in a “Weekly War” and the community votes for the winning themes. They will build the winning themes and sell them in their theme store. ” That means that Each week two WordPress themes are featured and readers are asked to vote for their favorite. While obviously the site’s about selling WP themes it’s also kind of fun and will be interesting to see what themes win each week. The winner gets put into the theme store once the week’s results are in.
How does it all work?
Each week, Theme Wars features a new contest for a niche theme design, which we call the Weekly War. You (the blog designer) can submit your work each week for the opportunity to win money, exposure and a permanent theme designing position with Theme Wars. If the community votes for your design, we build it and sell it in our Theme Store. You will earn a percentage of the sale each time your design is sold!
For more information, subscribe to our Theme Wars Designer Updates to hear more about the terms of the contests and how you can get paid.
